• What is Togg MediaCenter?

  Togg MediaCenter is a service offered by Togg Communications for journalists, bloggers, and online multipliers: Compact, up-to-date, and straight from the source — you can find all the information here at a glance.

• What content is available?

  Togg MediaCenter brings together everything offered by Togg Communications. Here you can find the latest press releases, photos and videos, as well as all online and social media channels.

• Who can I contact if I have a question?

  Please do not hesitate to contact your contact person at Togg Communications. You can find an overview of contacts under "Press contacts". Or send an email to info@togg-mediacenter.com.

• In what formats can press releases be downloaded?

  We generally offer all text documents as DOCX and PDF files. You will need Microsoft Word to open DOCX files, and Adobe Acrobat Reader or a similar program to open PDF files.

• Why are photos available in different sizes?

  We offer specific photo format sizes for a range of defined uses: A large photo is of higher quality and therefore takes longer to download. Large photos are print quality, but the smallest available format size is sufficient for use in online media. Size overview: Small – approx. 800x565 pixels, 72 dpi Medium – approx. 15x10 cm, 304 dpi Large – approx. 32x22 cm, 304 dpi

• Where can I obtain photo materials?

  You can obtain photo materials from Togg Media Center or by sending an email to: editor@togg-mediacenter.com

• Can audio and video files be edited?

  We offer you the option to download our videos directly. If you wish to use these materials, please take the legal notices into account.

• How can I download a video?

  Many videos can be downloaded directly from the page. You can start the download by clicking the arrow button below the player. You can choose between 1080p, 720p, and 360p resolutions. If a download is possible, the rights are generally license-free for editorial and private purposes.

• Why can a video not be downloaded?

  If a video cannot be downloaded, this is due to legal restrictions. Please do not hesitate to contact us about the requested video in this case. We can also provide you with other formats and resolutions from our video database. Please contact us at editor@togg-mediacenter.com and specify the ID of the relevant video and the specifications you require.

• How can I embed a video on my page?

  There are two options: 1. Embed code You can embed any video from Togg Media Center on your own page. When doing so, you can scale the size of the player window (here: "embed size") and choose whether you want to activate the autoplay function. Once you have selected the desired option, you can copy the generated code and paste it in the relevant place on your page. 2. Share function You can use the "Share" button to share a video directly on social media. This function is available for Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Alternatively, you can copy the link with a single click.

• What about the rights to the videos?

  The rights are license-free for journalistic/editorial and private purposes.

• Can I upload a Togg Media Center video to my YouTube channel?

  Please do not hesitate to contact us at editor@togg-mediacenter.com and specify the video ID (which can be found below the relevant video) and we will respond to the specific situation.

• How are search results listed?

  Search results are sorted by relevance, which means: The content rated with the highest relevance appears at the top of the list. The publication date is taken into account in the process, but it is not the only criterion. To sort search results by date, click on "Sort by: Most recent first".

• How does the newsletter subscription work?

  If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive our press releases regularly by email. You can choose whether you want to receive each published release immediately or as a daily or weekly digest. You can also select your preferred topics.

• How can I cancel my press release subscription?

  You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Newsletter" section.

• How can I change the recipient address for my newsletter subscription?

  The recipient address is always the email address you entered as the contact address when registering. You can change this address, along with all your other personal information, in the "Login" section.

• Why do I need to register in the "Login" section?

  All content on Togg MediaCenter is available free of charge. In general, you do not need to register to use our platform. Registering in the "Login" section is only required to subscribe to our newsletter.
